1. I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

 

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order. Just send us an email and we will cancel your order and reimburse you 100% of the amount.

 

2. My order is missing items, where are they?

 

We have many suppliers, when you place an order, the suppliers will charge the packages according to the weight of a package (if a package exceeds the standard, we will separate the products). If you order several different (or similar) items, you will receive 1 or a few different packages and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some slower).

 

3. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

 

Click on the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" tab and enter your order number and the email address you provided when you placed your order. You will see if the order status is in "processed" or "undelivered" mode.

 

4. My item is damaged, can I get my money back?

 

Of course, if your item arrives broken, please return it to us and we will refund your money.

6. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
